1. Refund Policy

We deal in digital goods and services. Please make sure that you check quality of our platform in trial version before buying the subscription. We are not a market place. We control quality very strictly as everything is designed in house.

2. Returns

Since we deal in online exam preparation and it's a digital service, we don't offer a refund. We request you to take the 1 week or 2 days trial version of our courses. In simple terms, WE DON'T ACCEPT REFUND AT PADASALAI.APP Digital products once taken are considered as consumed

3. Refunds (if applicable)

We don't accept refund request, Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Because of digital goods and services, we don't accept refund requests, for more info please contact us at support@padasalai.app.

4. Subscriptions

To access the Kalam platform, you can opt-in for any of the follwing subscription based package.

  • 1. Student - Starter plan (₹129 / Month). This plan will give you a basic access to the Kalam platform. Includes All Level Access, Mock Test, On-Demad Quiz and Ad-Free access to Padasalai.

To access the Pasarai platform, you can opt-in for any of the following subscription based package.

  • 1. Basic - Staff only plan (₹99 / profile / month). This plan will give staff access with basic features to the Pasarai platform. Includes Daily Attendance, Leave Management and etc.
  • 2. Pasarai Plus - Staff, Parent and Students (₹29 / profile / month). This plan will give everyone access to the Pasarai platform. Includes Daily Attendance, Leave Management and etc.
  • 3. Padasalai Suite - Complete Ecosystem (₹99 / profile / month). This plan will give everyone access to Pasarai Platform and Ad-Free access to Padasalai.

5. Double Purchase

In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back. Usually our system automatically detects such transactions and refunds them. But if due to any reasons mentioned actions are not triggered, please reach us out at support@padasalai.app

If approved, your amount will be processed and credited within 5- 10 days.

We keep our pricing very transparent and honest.
